TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR 12KV NON EXTENSIBLE SWITCH FUSE UNIT

C.G. Lucy make fully non extensible , totally enclosed, metal clad, floor mounting, fully outdoor switch fuse unit ( Type : EFS)suitable for installation in 12 kV, 350MVA, 3 phase, 3wire,50 cycle effectively earthed neutral system.

Switch Fuse Unit:

1- Triple pol;e , 400A, double break oil immersed switch with three distinct positions for ON , OFF and EARTH.

1- Independent manual spring closing / opening mechanism ON, OFF and EARTH indicator.

1- Draw out type fuse carrier immersed in oil for 3 Nos. HT fuses (1- Trip device initiated by striker pin of HRC fuse to ensure tripping of switch in the event of any one fuse blowing.

1- Operating handle for ON, OFF, & EARTH suitably interlocked to provide minimum three seconds delay between any two operations

1- Manual trip lever.

1- Oil level indicator.

1- Drain plug for draining oil.

1- Side cable box suitable for 1x 3C x 300 sq.mm XLPE cable with heat shrinkable / push on / M-seal type termination.

1- Rear Cable box on fuse switch suitable for 1x 3C x 185 sq.mm XLPE cable with heat shrinkable / push on / M-seal type termination.

1- 1 set of busbar bushing on opposite side of cable box covered with metallic cover for future extension.
